What happens when the most dangerous gang leader in Washington DC, Lexa Green, discovers she's being hunted by a nationally infamous assassin? Naturally, the only thing she knows how to do: retaliate.

Clarke Griffin wakes to find blood in her mouth and iron on her wrists, and once again being forced to make another one-shot kill. When she's released, she makes quick work of finding the target, but, for some reason, finds it hard to pull the trigger.
