"My..My parents got a really good job offer in England! So I need to go.." Marinette hugged the 8 year old.
"Marinette the taxi is here!"

"Will you come back..?" He asked holding a photograph and giving it to Marinette.
"Yes...i promise!" She smiled taking the photograph.

Marinette ran to the taxi turned to Adrien waved and her mom closed the door.

In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action. (or my mom would kill me! lol) there is quite a bit of kisses though! ;) this story is set in the current season 2 of miraculous ladybug, except they are 16 in this instead of 14, for reasons... where adrien is starting to develop a fondness for adorable, clumsy marinette, even though he still loves ladybug as chat noir. marinette has always been crazy about adrien, posters of his face everywhere in her room, she can barely talk to him! but now she has realized that her feelings for chat noir have been changing as well.ladybug's instincts is to push chat noir away in hopes that these feelings will disappear but they only grow. Adrien suddenly grows closer with his shy classmate, marinette and feels that he's betraying ladybug.
