Maisie and Elijah are two siblings in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. They manage to escape from the city to their summer house where they find that their parents had been living there since the attack on humanity.There, the siblings find their Dad's journal and in it they find an entry about a city where the infection has not spread it's grasp. The city is rumored to have heavy defenses and large amounts of supplies. This is their quest to get to the famous "Rose City" Along their way, the Siblings encounter many allies and enemies as they try to reach their destination and rejoin with their parents.
