Frisk had no time at all to talk to her friends and to top it all off she had lost her phone on the first plane ride. Frisk and Sans are about the same age and Frisk is a girl. Chara will be in this sometimes but she's not a genocidal maniac. Also Asriel is in this as well and Flowey was never a thing.
