Hellboy and the team at the BPRD rescue a unique girl from a laboratory that was conducting experiments on her to discover how to create meta humans of their own. After an explosion, the BPRD team brings her back to their base. She is suffering from PTSD and refuses to communicate with anyone, until Hellboy volunteers...
*Authors note: I love the Hellboy comics and movies, but I was dissatisfied with the character of Liz Sherman. I wish she wouldn't have been so moody and owned up to her abilities. I'm writing this story as if Liz never existed. Roxy is going to be a strong character and is going to discover something huge about herself and what her role is in the apocalypse that Hellboy is destined to bring about. I've had this story floating around in my head for quite some time and I finally decided to put them into words. I'm hoping there are others who will enjoy this story.

I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look.
