Kim Chulsoon (Kang Min Hyuk) grew up with what he'd call a privileged life. He had a loving family and was considered to be quite the popular guy...That was until his father, whom was a hard working policeman, was framed and said to have led all of his men to their death. However, Chulsoon knew that it wasn't true. He knew his father and he knew that he wouldn't do that. But since the incident, his dads body wasn't found and was missing, making people's beliefs that he was the cause of it stronger... This led to many news reporters harassing him and his family in order to get as much information out of them as possible. Being unable to take it, his mum committed suicide and his brother ran away from home.

A couple of years later, Chulsoon found himself to be auditioning to be one of the things he hated the most..A reporter. He was auditioning alongside the daughter of the family he now lived with. Myung Ji-Yeon (Kim So Eun).
