Every thousand years, 4 gems are chosen to bubble thousands of corrupted gems, no matter how different they are. Jasper is hoping to be chosen, Lapis is wishing that she doesn't get chosen, Rose is just... whatevs and Amber, a gem who was just created has no idea what is going on.
