  Book One in the Tales from the Filii Aurea Series 
  
  IN THE BEGINNING, they say, the Aetherei Matrem fell in love with a Celestial Being, and produced a line of children like none other, each with their own special abilities, and each with ichor flowing through their veins. They were her Filii Aurea, her Golden Children, and they were to inherit the earth.
  
  A couple centuries down the line, and the Filii Aurea are struggling to stay alive. With the great Aurean war and Aziel Aro committing perpetual genocide, they're desperate to save their race. Avani Sai and Nuri Bachmann need to find the last remaining descendent of the great Milo Aro, and possibly the last cursed Child, and defeat Aziel Aro.
  
  That might not be their biggest concern, however. A charming stranger from the Sovereign Capital and a dark force lurking in the streets seem to pose a bigger threat than perpetual genocide.All Rights Reserved
