11 Years ago, a Nuclear Reactor had a meltdown, supposedly killing all the residents in the town surrounding it. But this isn't about the news story, this is about what happens in the town 11 years later when a young Man by the name of Will sets foot in this untouched town only to meet the last remanning resident, a young woman by the name of Nulla.
