Laura and Harry are both sixteen. They've been friends since they were little childeren. They share everything and mean the world to each other. There's nobody Laura loves so much as she loves Harry. And she knows he loves her too. There's more between them then they want to admit, afraid it might ruin their friendship. When Harry's chosen to join the Hunger Games, Laura's world falls apart.
