Kat never believed in the story of the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow. After all, it was a story to scare people. Sleepy Hollow was a town that she grew to love over the years even with the teasing about her name - being so close to Katrina VanTassel. 

She didn't care; all she cared about was knowing the story by heart. And when her family moved there when she was ten, she was in love. Since then, Kat Williams was the resident upcoming history major. 

On October 1st, things begin to change in Sleepy Hollow and in Kat's life. 

Two new students, murders leading up to her birthday on Halloween, and Kat learns something about her family tree that she wished she didn't.All Rights Reserved
