17-year-old, Rylee Ford was a small town girl who moved because of her rough past. She always wore a smile on her face even though she was constantly being haunted by the gruesome memories from two years earlier. She wants to forget them, but how can she do that when she is constantly on the run from her family's murderer? She is always looking over her shoulder even though she knows nobody is there... or is there? 18-year-old, Caleb Green is always having a good time unless he's alone. He is always thinking about Rylee and how life used to be. He misses being her loving and caring boyfriend, but after her family's death, she was forced to move away and leave a heartbroken Caleb behind. He has turned to drugs and alcohol for comfort and is always having one night stands. What happens when Rylee moves back to her hometown after getting her life back? Will her past be dug up and destroy her new life, or will it be worse than that? Follow Rylee on the insane journey she calls life.

Rylee lives in a foster home since her parents were killed in a car accident. Everything about the home is shit but she knows she could have it worse. She has gotten closer to her foster siblings, being here since she was 11 had it's perks even if there are some down sides. She struggles to find the light in everyday life as people she has grown to love always die anyway, she gives up on life. Her parents were rich, and when she turns 18 she will get all of it. But until then she lives in a home with a foster father that is a cop, and an acholic foster mom. Everything is not as it seems as a new kid makes his way into their group. The truth comes out about past relationships in due times as Rylee still continues to grieve the loss of her best friend.
