In an isolated city named Silver Dome, females can only live up to sixteen and males to seventeen due to a life-shortening microchip that is implanted into their wrists at birth. On their final birthday, the microchip releases a chemical that kills them in five minutes from the time they are born. Everyone except the few immortals must wear a watch that tracks their life down to the second.
When one girl is given a second chance, it's up to her to bring Silver Dome to its knees.
