[On Hiatus]  - Not sure when I will come back to this one because I started it for my daughter and she lost interest...

Because Grand Magic Games is a pivotal point in Fairy Tail I started this story just after they ended.

Too many times Lucy has felt weak in comparison to her comrades in Fairy Tail.  She was just plain tired of it.  When she reads about a symposium with centralized themes on Celestial Magic  in Sorcerer's Weekly she calls up her friend Yukino and both girls scream in delight at the prospect.  There they learn of so many different types of keys that they hadn't been aware of before in the other countries of Earthland.  But the two gain most interest specifically in the 'Platinum Keys.'  Follow the two girls and their magical comrades as they adventure onward through Earthland to become more powerful.  The story takes place after Grand Magic Games and the dragon centered story arc.

This story may have some cussing so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under the age of 14.  It is going to be most adventure-centric but because I love them so much I won't be able to resist throwing some NaLu in on the side.

Feel free to share excerpts from my story (not full chapters) but please make sure to ask me first and cite where anyone might be able to find this story.

Discrimination, social status, and just simple, high school anxiety. Not only that, but she has mysterious dreams, with herself as the main character. Will she make it through the school year? Natsu is just an ordinary kid; he's not famous, and definitely isn't from some conglomerate family. To make up for that, he's kind, smart, and has a sense of humor. He finds the smallest of things interesting. Which, of course, leads him straight to Lucy, the social outcast. One thing leads to another, and soon, Natsu is teaching this strange girl the world of magic. They become friends rather quickly, and her unexpected actions never ceases to calm his storm of a day. Natsu realizes his feelings for her, but isn't sure how to convey them. Will he manage to get through her thick-headed personality, or will he be forever considered "just a friend"? As the characters go through their own social problems, other problems start to arise. Magic manipulation, and an old alumni threaten them as Lucy attempts to recover from her past. Will they make it out alive, or will the world end, with the villain as the victor? All characters and cover photo don't belong to me! Thanks for clicking on the story :)

Don't get me wrong those types of stories have their place in the fanfiction community, but I always think if you're going to change the character that much then you might as well just create an O.C. Lucy is strong in her own right exactly as she is and I'm tired of people thinking all she's accomplished over the years isn't worth anything. With gold Zodiac keys and seventy-six silver keys up for grabs there should be enough magic to keep anyone entertained. Well that's my little rant, enjoy the story. p.s.
