Substitute Bride

Eliza and Anna are sisters, twin sisters to be exact. Ever since they were young, they shared everything with each other; clothes, secrets and laughter were what they valued best. However, something they can't share is a fiancee. Ivan Hale has been a longtime childhood friend of the twins, and Eliza has loved him since they met. She supported him through his ups and downs and in return, she finds out he is engaged to Anna. It wasn't until one faithful day, when Ivan gets into an accident, that changes the course of these three fates forever.
