Chandler was born with a strange ability, she could see other people's fears. Even in a world full of gods, demigods, and monsters she was considered strange and different.
Just when things were calming down after the second Titan war and Chandler was starting to feel more accepted, Percy goes missing, the boy who is like family to her. A group of demigods show up and go on a quest while she stays behind and looks for her lost brother. But now he's not so lost anymore.
Chandler gets wrapped up in a crazy quest to go save the world with 7 other demigods who don't know about her ability.
Each of the 8 demigods must overcome their fears or else it will consume them and the world will be doomed.
No pressure.
