Sara is a new freshman this year, and it's putting her on edge with her upside-down family. With a drunk, cheating mom and a dad who is never home, she doesn't know what to do. Cadet is here at high school and starting a year late because he recently fled with his Gang down to these suburbs for a crime he committed. Sara will find that high school is horrible and everything she despised, being unpopular and not liked. Cadet will see to it that high school will be the prime time of his life, with his friends Tosh, Ralph, and Ethan.
