The Wind Blows, as the Wind Comes

As Tracy deals with her prostitute mother and alcoholic step-father, she has to raise her brother at age 13 1/2 while he's 2 years old. She deals with conflict at school as well and she wants to become a lawyer when she's older so she can buy a house for her and brother to live far away from her parents, but in order to do that she has to stay strong and not give up hope during her struggles in school and at home with her step-father. Later, in the story secrets will be revealed and exposed.
