What if the tales of King Arthur were the only ones meant to be scribed? What if there was another truth in history that was purposely hidden?

Death had always walked David's path. It had clung with an unending need, driving him into his solitude. Despair was long gone. He was tired now with a burden needing its release. For this to happen, he had to find the one who would listen and understand the truth behind Arthur's success.

The pull of fate leads him to a young girl when her life is threatened. Elowen may be naïve in the stories of the past, but for David to unlock the chains of his burden, he takes a chance on Elowen being the one who must know the truth.

His tale begins in his youth. After his father died, David is sent to the Phoenix Order where he meets the weapon's trainer's son, Andrew. Both grow in strength and rank, but all too soon, their minds and bodies call for more than the tasks they are being assigned. Little do they know how quickly their lives will change, and how they will vow never to complain about mundane tasks again when they meet Arread.

With an overbearing prophesy placed on the three of them, the struggle of its weight shows in the mistakes they make, the blood staining their hands and the battles never ending on the field.

Gallantry was an imagination grown from the smallest seed. For the promise to be fulfilled, the truth had to be told.

˃˃˃ A TALE OF SORCERY AND SORROW. A LAND AT SIEGE BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARK, AND A PROPHESY BURDENED UPON A YOUNG SORCERESS AND TWO SONS OF THE BLADE.
This series is intended for young adults upwards

˃˃˃ "AND AS THE PHOENIX DIED, IT DID REFORM AND RISE FROM ITS ASHES."
Highly recommend tale of blood, truth and a forbidden heart.

Jack spits. ♔ When Scarlett moved off to college, she hoped to start anew and find her way in this world alone. Two problems.
