This isn't your normal story about being an alphas daughter. See I am the only daughter born of my mother. I have 14 brothers all younger and older. I was born with a twin but my twin also happens to be a boy. My parents consider themselves to be lucky that they have so many sons. I tend to feel the opposite way, theonly people I ever get to talk to are my brothers. This is all going to change in a couple of days because my mother is to go0 into heat and if I don't also fall into heat then I will start my search for my mate.

Older brothers. I have more than people could handle. I have 8 brothers. Well one is my twin, but surprise surprise he likes to make it known that he is older. Sometimes it sucks being the only girl, but I wouldn't change it for the world. My name is Alora. I am 14 years old and a freshmen in high school. People think that my family is perfect and that we have never had anything bad happen to us. We lost our mom over 9 years ago. I also had something bad happen to me, but I will get into more detail in the story. This book is just for fun. Why The Hell Not (Currently Editing)
Sweat started to form all around my body as the pain consumed me. It was 9pm and this had to be the worst wave of heat I've ever experienced! My body ached as the flames traveled from my core, spreading to the rest of my body. I hate heat, every type of heat, but mainly this one. Heat, in my pack, is a bitch! The second you turn 16 your heat starts. Then for the rest of your life you get a heat cycle once a month, as if having a period isn't bad enough. The heat happens right after your period, leaving you 2 weeks of peace as a girl if you find your mate in your 16 years of life! If you did not find your mate at by 22 it will be every 2 weeks! Your period is still once a month, thankfully, but the heat cycle directly after your period is the strongest! Leaving you ONE week of peace...unless of course you don't find your mate by the time you turn 32. If you are unlucky enough to not have found your mate by the time you are 32, then yes it will be EVERY week! Leaving you NO peace!! Once you find your mate it goes back down to once a month, thankfully. Lucky, or lucky for me, I'm 17 meaning I've gotta deal with this once a month. This one in particular is the worst one yet! 17. That's how old I am today. It's about time too. I was getting sick of being 16. I hear a low rumble being emitted from my chest. I run towards the woods before the change takes over my body.
