Kasey King has had a rough life. Being abused when she was little, being bullied in school and being rejected by everyone has left her scarred. It was a big world full of happy things, but unfortunately those happy things never found their way into Kasey's life. Now she goes from place to place doing whatever she pleases. She runs from cops and knows just how not to get caught. She is rebellious and lives her life on the wild side. Kasey doesn't believe in miracles or life being sunshine and rainbows all the time. She believes love is for suckers and kindness gets your ass kicked. That is until she meets one person, Josh Tate, who changes her world around.
