Set in early 1940's Germany, Arno lives with his family of nine in the outskirts of Hamburg. After being informed on the incoming bombings and invasions the family evacuates to their grandparents house in Fehmarn. Being the smallest and second to youngest of his siblings at age eleven,(his brother Burnell being the youngest at only three years) Arno attempts to subdue politics and the war around him. While his siblings go to school and play football with their friends, Arno seems to just be the shy subsided one of his siblings. This leads to his adventures and an endless imagination. His mother and father worry about him because he seems so secluded and left out most of the time, but his grand father denies this saying that he was the same way when he was a young boy. His grandfather proceeds to approach Arno about the matter and takes him to see the attic, showing him his old books, journals, and adventure's gear. Arno, in amazement, is so ecstatic and over joyed by everything in the attic, he sits for hours on end reading his grand fathers old stories and letting his imagination delve into it all.

Something Like Fall

8 parts Complete Mature

The continuation of my previous story Something Like Summer. This is the 2nd part of the trilogy, with the last being Something Like Spring. It has passed 2 years since Oskar met Aaron for the first time. They haven't talked to each other since then. Aaron lives his best life with his friends and girlfriend, as a popular boy. He quickly forgot about Oskar. Oskar also has his accountable friends, but the day he met Aaron for the first time in 2013 he fell in love with him. He tried to hide it for a long time. One year later in summer 2014 Oskar finally admits to himself he's in love with Aaron, but it seems like their ways had been separated for good. Another year flies by, and now we have the autumn of 2015. 14-years old Oskar begins his 3rd and last grade of junior high school in Poland. The boy tries to accept the fact that Aaron, 16, ended the same junior high school a few months ago and that he won't be seeing him on corridors anymore during breaks. They meet though, at the same school. One incident will bring closer boys to each other for the first time. However, Aaron is clearly only into girls. Oskar feels attracted to boys but still doesn't admit to himself that he might be gay and generally is in denial. What will happen between them- friendship, love, hatred? Maybe nothing? The future will tell...
