Akira, a teenager, goes surfing on Friday the 13th, where people have mysteriously disappeared on that day and beach. While surfing, she gets thrown off balance into a world filled with pirates, marines, and the legendary One Piece. With nowhere else to go, she joins the Straw Hat pirates, where her adventure begins and a goal that seems impossible to reach is created. Akira soon discovers that she has hopelessly fallen in love with one of the crew members and about the demon lurching inside her, not to mention her older brother, who has done something so unforgiveable and merciless that Akira seeks vengeance. She is filled with darkness and hatred, which further awakens the demon inside her. Will the crew be able to free her from that darkness? Will she be able to control the demon inside her?
