In ski lodge part 2 Josh admits he likes Maya. It has been 5 years since the ski lodge incident and Maya is a sophomore in collage. She goes to Julliard. Maya and Josh lost connection and Maya was really depressed. After Shawn and Katy got married they moved to Los Angles. Maya and Riley talked on the phone all the time. Riley and Lucas are really good and for Farkle and Smakale well lets just say they are the perfect couple.
When Maya comes back to visit the Matthews there is someone there she didn't want to see. And then it was all down hill from there. Even though they had dated for 2 years.
