As a suicidal book-loving nerd, Gerard is used to having bad days. But not like this one. When he wakes up in a world seemingly made of fairy tales, he doesn't know what to think. Especially when several questions he has remain unanswered. Gerard meets several friends, along with a tattooed prince, and helps to take down an evil king. All to be expected, it is a fairy tale of course! What Gerard doesn't expect is to not want to leave- and to later find out that maybe he can't. In the simple world of fairy tales, things start to look not so simple, and Gerard wonders if escape is even an option. This isn't your normal fairytale, so brace yourselves.
I suck at writing descriptions, but I think this fanfic is gonna be a lot more emotional than it sounds! It might turn out to be pretty good... but idk. Read it! Why not?...

He's homeschooled as well, which means he only ever leaves to get groceries. For how little he leaves the house, and how closed off he is, it's quite a wonder how he met Frank. Frank is an extrovert and he kind of lacks boundaries when it comes to making friends. He's curious and speaks his mind constantly, which sometimes gets him into trouble. It must be good for something though, because not many people bother to figure out Gerard. It's not like I asked for this. I didn't ask. I didn't want this. But now there's nothing in this world that I could want more. Him, next to me. Smiling. Us sitting next to each other. Holding hands. Kissing. Hugging. Everything. Frank; a depressed kid with problems no one could imagine. And a desire to die. Gerard; another depressed kid who doesn't want life anymore. 3:39 am. Gerard finds Frank passed out on the beach. 5:24 am. Frank wakes up in his room with no memory of two hours before. 6:12 am. Mikey, Gerard's brother, sits in his brother's room, talking about the boy Gerard found on the beach. 9:52 am. Gerard wonders about the boy on the beach. 10:43 am. Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. Can Gerard help Frank without revealing his own problems and emotions or will they become too much to bare? *Trigger warning *Still editing mistakes( I'm fully aware my grammar sucks) *also warning this is terribly written.
