Hikage, one of the Elemental Portals' cats go wild, causing her sister, Hikari to act. She sends a group to find Hikage and stop her from causing death to spread into the world, and one particular cat is one of them.

A young she-cat, Emiko, is around 12 moons. Barely remembering her mother's face, and forced to live through her strange appearance. She accidentally stumbles into the unfair world...
