14 year old Jane lives and breaths putting words on paper, threading them to make her own magical story. She would love to take the offer from AfterSchool Arts, but her parents won't go for it. So she does what any typical teenager does...
She disobeys. She takes the offer, informs her parents (ahem, in a letter she left before she ran), and uses her neighbors car to drive as far away as possible.
Of course, her parents look for her. But she knows they don't honestly care.
And then theirs Drake. Gorgeous Drake, who has the same dream as Jane. Jane, of course, falls in love with him. And then her world falls apart. Because he tells Jane a secret not even his family knows.
