Metamorphosis: The Story of Maylria Moonfeather
Sometimes the hand of fate must be forced. Maylria Moonfeather is a survivor of the War of the Ancients. Like many others after this event, she undertook a special role within the Kaldorei society, which shamed arcane sorcery as a source of power. A misfit, and seemingly unfit to defend her people, fate thrust her towards a newfound destiny in the shape of a hybrid demonic elf: Illidan Stormrage. Though ten thousand years had passed since his betrayal, Maylria found herself gravitating towards the man, in more ways than one. In this story of perseverance and resilience, follow Maylria as she undergoes changes within herself, and battles with self-worth and mental distress. In her resolution, she aids Illidan with his master plan to create an elite army in order to invade the world of the Burning Legion and exact vengeance upon those who sought to destroy their world. Except that opposing and villainizing them were Maiev Shadowsong and the heroes of Azeroth who would stop at nothing to end the Betrayer and his demonic schemes. Becoming the second of her kind came with many sacrifices-physical, mental, and at the cost of her soul.Complete
A Court of Scars and Shadows
Follows story line of the ACOTAR series.... picks off right after ACOSF, so of course spoilers are meant to be said in this story. For people who haven't read ACOTAR, read at your own risk, but fair warning you might be just a tad bit confused. ALSO... I will not be trashing any character, expect for assholes like Beron and his sons (expect for Eris). STORY DESCRIPTION: Gwyneth Berdara has spent her last year still not being able to leave that gods-damned library. She wants to leave, but every time she is about to reach the outside world, she freezes and goes back to Sangravah. She tells herself that she is safe, she is in Velaris, but nothing works. She feels as if she's still stuck in the same place from when she entered the library two years ago. One incident makes her leave the Night Court and into another court. How will she react? Azriel was there in Sangravah, but he had arrived too late. Ever since the incident, Azriel has been slipping farther and farther away from his family. He doesn't know why the incident had been eating away at him, it wasn't his first time failing at his job. Azriel finds shocking news that he must keep from Gwyn. The plot line derives somewhat from the initial description. P.S. : I do not own this art, I just made it as my cover!
