"Good, then you agree! So glad we spoke about this!" Ephraim perked up and turned to open the door. Avery leaned against it, eyes narrowing.
"That was a trick. I didn't agree."
"Avery... I need you to do this. Both as your friend and captain, please."
Avery's groan turned into a frustrated screech. She clasped her hands together.
"Fine, for you. But I will not enjoy it, and neither will he."
Ephraim swung the door open and waltzed out of it.
"That's okay! He was a stow away anyway." He said waving his hand dismissively. Some days Avery really just wanted to punch him. But she would contain herself, for now.

Though the SandWings were fierce and proud, they seldom ventured beyond their desert borders, let alone captured dragons from other tribes. Blaze struggled to catch her breath, her scales shimmering with perspiration. Baffled, Queen Sahara contemplated Blaze's words. SeaWings, known for their mastery over the ocean depths, were not creatures to be easily captured. Yet here was a seemingly important SeaWing caught in the clutches of her warriors. She needed to see this for herself. Without wasting a moment, Blaze nodded and darted towards the massive stronghold doors. Queen Sahara followed closely behind, her heart pounding with a mix of anticipation and apprehension. As they neared the stronghold, the rumbling echoes of distant voices filled the desert air. The stronghold, a formidable fortress made from hardened sandstone, loomed before them.
