What happens when in a world where everyone has a tattoo somewhere on their body and when someone else has the same tattoo they are destined to be together. Well this is a story where the main character doesn't have a tattoo and is bullied and mistreated by fellow classmates and teachers. Roger Leeman has had to deal with this all his life, but what happens when a new student comes to his school with a tattoo but with no counter part to it? Lets find out ;)
