Op een warme dag als Hailey aan het surfen is, voelt ze dat ze in de gaten wordt gehouden. Ze ziet een jongen die naar haar kijkt. Verdorie, waar herkent ze hem toch van? Als ze op het strand aankomt blijkt het dat de jongen veel potentie in haar ziet, en hij wil haar graag helpen om nog beter te worden in surfen. Ze oefenen de hele dag, en Hailey's gevoelens voor de jongen groeien steeds meer... Maar op een dag ontdekt ze iets, iets dat haar vakantie op zijn kop zet...
