Tired of staying in the house he recently moved to, a young boy decides to leave his new home to embark on a journey through the vast Kanto Region, with the hopes of collecting all eight badges and participating in the Indigo League.
Coupled with an unusual starter and some new friends, his trek through the region looks very promising.
But unfortunately, not everything is as easy as it seems. With a new criminal organization with wicked goals attempting to take over the region and eventually the whole world, his journey will by no means be a walk in the park.
Will the boy be successful in his travels?
