After you die you are placed into a world where you can literally do whatever the hell you want. You enter this world and you look however you want to look. However this can't be changed. At least not until you die. When you die again you sorta re-spawn. You come back but you change in the way you look. You may not get it still so you know what. Just read and see for yourself
