In a world of magic, where elves, fairies, gods, demons, humans, and almost all things in between exist, a group comes out of no where to destroy all magic contact that the humans have--dragging the other kingdoms down with them.

Emericus is half-demon, and half something that gets him hated even in demon territory. Ismay is the lone survivor of a hated dark wizard family. Thierrin is a runaway fairy prince. And Royce is banished elf royalty.

With almost nothing in common, how will the four of them end up meeting and standing against the mysterious "Scavengers?"
