Good Girl

Excerpt:

"My mom passed out first, her head dropped onto her dirty plate. My face wanted to twist in disgust but I kept it stoic. My dad was next, his face dropping like his wife. My sibling looked at me, realization hit when he saw that I wasn't acting like them.

"...You...Bit-"; He passed out in the same manner as our parents. I sat back in my chair, grinning at my three family members."

What happens when the good girl snaps? What happens when the good girl is no longer good? Why can't the good girl go psycho?
