In the year 3054, earth has become a dumping ground for the worst of disasters. Three unidentified Alien attacks wiped out more than half of the globe. All that's left standing is Fort 3, made up of less then a quarter of the population. Salvation is replaced by a lack of hope as the people in Fort 3 wade in corrupt governments and destroyed economy.
