Her name is Courtly Jester, daughter of the Jester from Wonderland. She has always hated Lizzie, since they were kids, and Lizzie has always hated her. Then when they were teenagers, Courtly tried to over throw the Queen of Hearts and steal Lizzie's destiny to become queen of Wonderland. That's when their hatred became far worst.
