Almost all of New Rome seems to hide irritating things like crying kids, pesky boundary gods, and pleas from the fauns asking them to stay.
A typical way to spend their last long summer as college students on the golden West Coast.
But they decide they'll have none of that and go on a trip for a week, packing books and blue food and other sacrifices to the gods.
Of course, the rest of the Seven tag along.
But boy, do they get some alone time.

Please read and enjoy, but be warned; I ship Solangelo (a gay ship), and there's a little bit of swearing later on in the book. Sorry if that puts you off, but that's me!
