Master and Apprentice: Flames

Master, god of fire, Kojin and the apprentice, the Fire Wolf Queen, Kagayaki, are that of something else. The master yearns for his apprentice like any man would want a woman, yet he refuses his feelings for the sake of being her teacher. The apprentice wants the feeling of a partner in her life but knows her desires must come last.
Amstar Mikaboshi, the god of evil and the stars, learns of the unnoticed power growing inside of Kagayaki. He wants her for his own plans of regaining a body and having humans and gods at his feet. Kojin, being true to his feelings, takes on the burden as her master to find Kagayaki and return her to her home when she is taken.
