Gavriel has been cast out of heaven for years now. He's always longed to be accepted, but his wings make it impossible. Until now at least. In a last attempt to be normal he decides to go to college. There he meets someone who could change his life forever. Maybe he won't have to be alone anymore.

Pepper is a 15 year old wingless. The last one in his whole grade. Everyone picks on him and hates him for it, but he especially hates himself for it. He lives with his dad that does nothing but abuse him, and he has the biggest identity crisis you'll ever see. Then he meets the gyrokenetic boy Robin.
