The New Guy at the Farm

Emily Porter is 16, she loves working with her dad and she loves working on the farm with all the cattle and especially with the horses. She is always in the stables helping out, singing and writing songs in the rafters or doing chores. She has a beautiful buckskin Appaloosa named Minnie. She doesn't mind getting a little dirty, especially when it comes to a mud fight and she isn't afraid to do some heavy lifting. Did I mention that she's also home schooled.

Lucas Heart is also 16, he had grown up living and working on properties and farms. He loves horses and has one of his own, a beautiful chestnut Appaloosa named Gambler. He has come to stay and work on Emily's dads farm. Did I mention that he will be staying in their spare room, right next to Emily's room. Oh and we can't forget that he has to do home schooling as well.
