This is my idea of what happened after Harry defeated Voldemort and before the "19 Years Later" scene. I'm not planning on doing all 19 years, though.

After the war, Harry distances himself from everyone, feeling empty. He spends a year having locked himself up in Grimmuald Place, consumed with guilt. When he's finally drawn from his Godfather's, now his, home by the Weasleys, Hermione appears at his front door with urgent and unsettling news. Harry realizes the hidden horrors of his years at Hogwarts and, together, Harry and his friends formulate a plan to level the playing field. Though, when it inevitably all goes sideways, Death reveals himself to Harry and offers him a once in a lifetime opportunity. Will he take it? -- WARNINGS: 1.
