At the time Central City's own Barry Allen discovers he has the ability to run faster than the speed of sound, a woman running from her past, Quinn Sparks, returns to her old hometown. Scoring jobs at both the CCPD and S.T.A.R. Labs, the two were destined to cross paths sometime, Question is.. Will Berry except Quinn for who she is? What about their feelings for each other? What about the fact that Quinn is the new so called 'blue streak'?
