When 14 year old Yumehara Minako finds out that her twin sister, Yumehara Nozomi, is the super hero Cure Dream and leader of the Precure 5, she accidentally gets involved in a kowaina attack. After fighting for a while, Nozomi and the other girls get injured by the kowaina, and in a panicked attempt to save them, Minako finds herself standing in the kowaina's way - as if using herself as a shield. With the strong will to protect them, she transformed into a Precure herself, Cure Hope.
It seems like the world has another threat other than Nightmare - an organisation called Leiden, who are out to destroy everyone's dreams and any hope for the future. Will Minako be able to find more members of the Dream Precure on her own after transferring to a prestigious boarding school?

Personality-wise i really getting fired up when it comes to sports and i definitely hate to lose.. guess I'm not that smart either when it comes to tests and homework. Though i love different kind of sports, i just end up helping all the clubs from time to time and i just love sweets. But my friend, Kagawa Masumi who is a part of the Sweets Club won't let me have one whenever i try to sneakily snatch one when she's not looking.. causing us to bicker a lot... I live in Kanon Town, also known as 'The Town Of Music'. Well... to tell you the truth.. i dislike music for a reason that i won't go further into detail. Suddenly I encountered somehow of a fairy named Fife along with those little fairies the 'Fairy Music Tones' surrounding her from a place called:'Major Land' , telling me they need my help to find and collect some notes that was corrupted by the so called 'evil generals' who are trying to make the Earth fall into despair. For some reason... I've transformed with the Cure Module into a heroine called Cure Medley? I really don't know what this 'Precure' all about.. but if it's for the sake of Major Land and the Earth. I'll put all of my hot blooded energy into and protect them both from evil to make a sweet tune! Melodic 🎵 Tune Pretty Cure will rock your heart!
