This story is told following Carlos Carvalho de Azevedo Silva or simply Carlos. A paranormal investigator prodigy from Brazil who began this life at age 12, shortly after going through remarkable and traumatic events and having his soul connected to one of the most powerful creatures of the 'Other Side', a.k.a. Paranormal World, the King Wendigo. For having his soul linked to such a dangerous creature, he would be killed where he was found, but the chief investigator instead of decreeing his death, he spared Carlos' life. Then he reached out to him to be one of them and and became Carlos's mentor to control the King Wendigo so that he would not cause evil, but use it to save people. After 6 years as a Paranormal investigator, his mentor lost contact with him and everyone else after making a trip to Kouh, Japan to investigate a possible Paranormal appearance. Without thinking twice, Carlos traveled to Kuoh with the mission of finding his mentor and ensuring his safety. Unaware that he would be on the border of the three worlds: Natural, Supernatural and Paranormal.
