Derek is a local paramedic who was the first on scene when Stiles got into a car crash. One thing led to another and within two years, they were married and had adopted their 7 year old son Oscar. Now, while Derek is out helping rescue people every day and rushing them to the hospital, Stiles writes and watches their adorable son. And the only thing better than all that? When Derek and Stiles get to see each at the end of the workday and have dinner with their son.
