"Meggie, you got to trust me on this." Josh says looking into my blue eyes. "I-I" I stutter, not knowing if I should trust him or not. "Please pumpkin, trust me." he says staring into my eyes. "Ok Carter, I trust you." ------------------------------------- Megan "Meggie" Stone was your average good girl. She had the perfect grades, always read on her spare time, never went to a party. Nothing isn't as perfect as it seems in her life. Her family is going through some tough times. Her dad cheated on her mom, and ran off after her mom found out. After finding about what her father did, Megan was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. She thought she had the perfect boyfriend, Harry McCall but after 8 months of dating he broke up with her on phone call. Although the hard times she is facing, she has wonderful friends, and is still in love with her ex. But that later changes when the biggest bad boy, Josh Carter, in her school enters her life. He is the most obnoxious and arrogant boy Meggie has ever met. Although he frustrates her to no end, he still makes her smile and laugh. Maybe he isn't so bad. He changes Meggie's life forever

When you're a seventeen-year-old girl with anxiety disorder and a gorgeous, popular girl that absolutely hates your guts for who-knows-what reason bullying you whenever she gets the chance, Anna Falls has no choice but to face reality.... her life sucks. But the little sparks of hope that build up her optimistic, bright soul convince her otherwise. She will always think of one thing and that there is hope in life. Maybe even a goal. It might not be visible now, but she knew that it became as clear as a bell when she ran into Luke Carter. Twice. In one day. Second time being literally into him. -- "How about fifty-fifty?" I offer in ragged breaths. "We could have just done this from the beginning," he replies, breathing heavily. We both chuckle. I gaze into his green eyes. "Your eyes are really beautiful," I blurt out. "I know," he smirks. "Are you always that egotistic?" "It depends," he answers, pushing my hair behind my ear. I smile at him. "You're welcome then." "I never said thank you." "And I said you're welcome.
