There's a certain kind of loneliness that not many find themselves experiencing. It's the kind of loneliness that is gained after committing sin. There's no washing it away, no hiding it, it's the only shadow that follows you and it follows like a hungry dog.
James wishes he could face his sins, but he knows he's too much of a coward. When he runs away from home after bleeding out his own father, he finds himself falling into JImmy's arms. Jimmy is more experienced on the street, but it takes James some time to see through his act. Written from James' point of view, this is the story of two boys so lost that the only direction they can point to is each other.
