Culver Fleet is your average 18-year-old boy, who goes to university when he feels like it, which is essentially never. His days are spent lounging on his couch with his laptop on his stomach, sharing a joint with friends or dodging life's responsibilities. He does nothing and is nothing, but he has no problem with that. In fact, he enjoys it. No expectations, no responsibilities, no worries.
But that all ends when Culver gets swooped by a magpie on a seemingly mundane trip to pick up some weed. A scratch and a peck, and suddenly he's growing wings and other avian attributes. And what's a boy supposed to do when he's suddenly a budget avian Spiderman and there are plenty of bad people causing havoc in the world?
Well, be a superhero, of course.
