  "Good to know." I breathed.

"Yes, but you're still too slow and too aggressive. You should let your opponent attack first."

"Oh, really" I raised my eyebrows, annoyed. 

His chest pressed hard against mine and our faces were only inches apart. His warm breath hit my cheeks and I quivered. I looked up at the sea coloured eyes of Angus Humphrey as they slowly lowered to my lips making knots form in my stomach. I gulped. What is happening? 

His eyebrows creased as he realized the closeness of our bodies. The confusion only last half a second. Just as I was about to push his chest away, his lips brushed on mine and I froze.

I went to reply but then his hand landed on my neck, cupping it with just enough pressure to probably leave a red mark. It made my stomach clench. I lost all train of thought the second he did it. He hummed at my lack of response. His grip on my neck relaxed slightly but he didn't let go. His eyes dropped to my lips and I remembered what it felt like when he kissed me. They tingled with anticipation. He pulled me down closer to him so that my mouth was nearly on his. "Kiss me." He ordered lowly.

Dillon hates his mate and waiting tell he is old enough to reject her. He dose what he can, ignores her, forgets her, because she is nothing but a pathetic human. Or so she thought... . . . "Get out of my head!" He yelled at me. I stood my ground, because I was here and was not leaving. "What's your problem with me?" I hissed. "Your weak, ugly, pathdic, little human, who I could kill so easily. Unfortunately for me I can't reject you yet!" I felt his gentle hands wrap around me and pull me in closer. Our foreheads touched as he whispered the faithful words, "I'm sorry." I pulled away from him, making sure I didn't cut myself on the sharp shards of glass. "Did it go back to the way it was before?" I asked him, angry tears rolling freely down my face now. How could he do this to me? I am--was--his mate. He looked at me with a sad expression and then looked down. Strangled, he whispered, "No." "Do you understand now how my heart broke when I found out? Do you get it now?" "Jace, I'm--" "Don't even!" I yelled. I couldn't take this anymore. "Leave!" I screamed, letting my tears fall to the floor. He looked at me with a painful look.
